3 exercises to increase your “size”



I remember when I was a young kid, maybe 15 or 16 or so, and I started thinking about wanting to gain muscle.

I wasn't desperately skinny, but I was far from muscular.

So I got the desire to put on some muscle.

The funny thing was – I wasn’t even sure whether it would be possible for me to gain muscle.

Yes, I could see that other men could put on muscle mass, but were they just genetically gifted?

Was I pre-disposed to be skinny my whole life?

Long story-short, I decided to give putting on mass a shot anyway.

So I read a few training programs and started lifting some weights.

And guess what…

To my amazement I DID start gaining muscle.

It felt miraculous.

And I loved it.

So I kept doing it and I kept putting on more muscle.

Now, of course, looking it back it seems foolish to question whether I could gain any size, but those are the kind of doubts people have before they try something and make something happen.

Now.

Why am I sharing this story?

Because for many men the same is true about increasing their size “down there”.

Initially there’s scepticism, even downright disbelief as to whether it’s possible.

But for the men who get the courage to give an effective approach a try – they soon see what gains are possible and it becomes self-evident that the gains were possible all along.

Again, I’m sharing this because I want to you to know that IF you do want to increase your size “down there”, there are approaches that really work.

These approaches do, of course, require you to actually DO them.

Not doing them or claiming they're ineffective without actually trying them clearly won’t produce the kind of results a person wants.
